We are building a new healthcare paradigm rooted in innovation, integrity and measurable impact, and believe better technology creates better medicine, and better medicine creates a better world.
MedNexus Health brings advanced medical imaging and technology into the clinics where people already receive care, and handles the placement, financing, training, and launch that put it to work.
How we work
Everything a clinic needs to put new technology to work
Start with a live demo of the technology and a meeting with our founder and inventor, Greg Stoutenburgh, and our executive team. When you are ready, submit your clinic and we take it from there.
We bring advanced medical technology to the clinics and communities that need it.
Who we are
A medical technology commercialization company
MedNexus Health takes advanced medical technology and puts it to work inside clinics: independent practices, community clinics, multi-site groups, and health systems of every size.
We are the bridge between a technology that is ready and the clinic that needs it. We carry the placement, financing, training, and launch, so the clinic can focus on its patients.
Why we exist
To close the gap between advanced technology and the patient
Many of the most capable medical technologies stay out of reach for most clinics. The cost, the space, the staffing, and the work of launching a new service have kept them inside large hospitals and imaging centers. Patients travel, wait, and sometimes go without.
MedNexus exists to close that gap. We make it possible for a clinic to offer technology it could not take on alone, and for its patients to get that care closer to home.
Our mission
To close the gap in time and place between advanced medical technology and the patient it was meant for.
Who we serve
Clinics of every size
Independent and community clinicsAdding a new service for the patients they already see.
Multi-location groupsRolling out technology site by site.
Health systemsExtending advanced technology beyond the main campus.
Veterinary and equine practicesUsing the same imaging platform for animals.
The people behind it
A founding trio built to bring this technology to market
Our founder and inventor, Greg Stoutenburgh, has spent 30 years in the industry and developed the proprietary imaging platform at the center of our work. Greg and our operating co-founder, Christiana Treglia, have worked side by side for 16 years. Jai Bowie, Co-Founder, CEO and President, is a serial entrepreneur with more than 30 years of hands-on experience across industries and startups. He joined Greg and Christiana in 2024 to carry Greg's vision forward and build the business.
Together they bring the inventor, the operator, and the commercial builder into one team, with one goal: to bring this technology to market the way Greg designed it to be used.
Our leadership team also brings experience in healthcare finance and healthcare law, alongside advisors from medicine, sports, and clinic development. Meet the full team →

Advanced imaging is the first technology on that path, and more are coming. Our goal is a future where a clinic's size or location no longer decides what technology its patients can reach.
