Why we exist
Many of the most capable medical technologies stay out of reach for most clinics. The cost, the space, the staffing, and the work of launching a new service have kept them inside large hospitals and imaging centers. Patients travel, wait, and sometimes go without.
MedNexus exists to close that gap. We make it possible for a clinic to offer technology it could not take on alone, and for its patients to get that care closer to home.

Our founder and inventor, Greg Stoutenburgh, has spent 30 years in the industry and developed the proprietary imaging platform at the center of our work. Greg and our operating co-founder, Christiana Treglia, have worked side by side for over 16 years. Jai Bowie, Co-Founder, CEO and President, is a serial entrepreneur with more than 30 years of hands-on experience across industries and startups. He joined Greg and Christiana in 2024 to carry Greg's vision forward and build the business.

MedNexus Health, Inc. is the authorized OEM distribution channel for the SeeFactor CT3™ human health platform. The manufacturer designs, manufactures, and services the system.

Volumetric High-Definition Imaging (VHDI) captures volumetric, non-interpolated image data in 2D and 3D.
High-resolution live imaging with auto brightness and contrast and frame rates from 1 to 30 frames per second. The gantry can move over the patient during a study. Features include burst mode, dose reduction technology, auto collimation, and tip tracking.
Flat field radiographs of the region of interest, taken on the same system.
SeeFactor CT3 is FDA 510(k) cleared for imaging adult patients. It acquires detailed images of the head, neck, and limbs, and portions of the thorax, spine, and pelvic bones, focusing on high X-ray attenuation structures such as bone. It also acquires digital radiography and fluoroscopy images. Uses outside the FDA-cleared indications for use are not authorized clinical capabilities. Refer to the official FDA documentation and the device manual to determine appropriate use.
Built for clinic rooms
The platform is designed to bring 3D imaging to a wide range of settings, in any adequately shielded location: specialist offices, imaging centers, ambulatory surgery centers, surgical suites, interventional labs, emergency and trauma departments, intensive care, mobile imaging units, and research environments.
Options that fit how your location works.
REST system: supports a floating table surface in the imaging area while the patient rests on a chair or bed, useful for bedside imaging and specialty offices.
APT imaging table: a mobile, radiolucent carbon fiber positioning platform. The gantry can move over the patient, or the patient can move through the gantry, for dedicated, intraoperative, and interventional imaging.
A patient-worn vest and adjustable straps apply force that simulates standing, for weight-bearing images of anatomy below the shoulders, including the spine, hips, knees, ankles, and feet. The system works alongside the imaging platform as an external positioning support.
VoxelVu™ is an image reading workstation with multiplanar and 3D views, available preconfigured.
Vimersion™ displays image data in virtual reality, with color and opacity controls by density and annotation tools, for surgical planning, collaboration with colleagues, and patient conversations. Both are optional.

With a purchase, the first year of EpiCare™ coverage is included. For leased systems, service coverage is set in the final lease documents. After the first 12 months, coverage continues by annual subscription, and long-term service contracts are available. Outside North America, service is provided through manufacturer partners.
From reservation to your first scan.
Submit your location with a simple placement reservation form, then review the program proposal with our team.
We prepare the lease or purchase documents, with underwriting review where needed and a site readiness evaluation.
The manufacturer's installation coordinator works with your operations, facilities, IT, imaging, nursing, and management contacts on a project plan, including power, shielding, and use cases.
A web-based pre-training session, then two days of hands-on, on-site training for groups of up to five, extendable to four days.
A web meeting one month after training on image quality and clinical use, then check-ins at three and six months.

Once MedNexus opens your market for deployment, accepted locations are prioritized for implementation, subject to final approval, site readiness, and equipment availability. It is not an exclusive or protected territory.

These Terms of Use apply to www.mednexushealth.com and its pages (the "Site"), operated by MedNexus Health, Inc. ("MedNexus," "we," or "us"), a Wyoming corporation registered in Minnesota. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The investor pages at www.mednexushealth.com/investors are also covered by any confidentiality agreement and access terms you accept there. If those terms conflict with these, the investor terms control for the investor pages.
The Site provides general information about MedNexus and the technology we work with. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Always talk with your own physician, veterinarian, or other qualified clinician about health questions. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
Product availability, features, and regulatory status vary by product, use, and market, and they can change. A description of a product on the Site does not mean it is cleared, approved, or available for any particular use or location. Products described as coming soon are not available. Partner, advisor, referral, and supporter inquiries do not create a partnership, agency, employment, or compensation arrangement. Any such relationship requires a separate written agreement.
The MedNexus Guide is an AI voice assistant. It can make mistakes, and its answers are general information only, not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Do not share health information, patient details, or payment details with the Guide. Conversations are processed by our service provider as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Site. For example, you agree not to: interfere with the Site or its security; access it with automated tools in a way that burdens it; attempt to reach parts of the Site you are not authorized to use, including the investor data room; submit false information or information about someone else without their permission; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
The Site and its content, including text, images, video, graphics, and the MedNexus name and logos, belong to MedNexus or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages from the Site for your own informational, noncommercial use. Any other use needs our written permission. Product names and trademarks of other companies belong to their owners.
The Site links to and loads content from other websites and services, such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and the Better Business Bureau. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, MedNexus and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
You agree to defend and hold harmless MedNexus from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these terms, to the extent the law allows.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute related to the Site will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

What information www.mednexushealth.com collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Effective October 29, 2026.
This policy covers www.mednexushealth.com (the "Site"), operated by MedNexus Health, Inc. ("MedNexus," "we," or "us"). It explains the information we receive through the Site and how we handle it.
Our forms, including pre-placement reservations, location pre-qualification, partner inquiries, and messages, open an email from you to info@mednexushealth.com with your answers filled in. When you send that email, we receive what you entered, such as your name, title, organization, email address, phone number, clinic address and details, and any notes. Your email provider also handles that message under its own privacy policy.
On our investor pages, if you request access, sign the confidentiality agreement, or log in, we receive the information you provide in those forms, such as your name, contact details, and signature.
If you start a conversation with the MedNexus Guide, your browser asks permission to use your microphone. Your voice and the conversation are sent to our voice service provider, ElevenLabs, to produce the Guide's responses, and may be stored by that provider and made available to us. Do not share health information, patient details, or payment details with the Guide. You can end the conversation at any time.
Like most websites, the Site's hosting provider, Netlify, receives technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of your visit, in order to deliver and protect the Site.
Some pages load content from outside services, which receive your IP address and basic browser information when they do: Google Fonts (typefaces), YouTube (videos, using its privacy-enhanced mode), jsDelivr (the Guide's software), and the Better Business Bureau (our accreditation seal). The Gmail and Outlook buttons on our form confirmation open those services, which apply their own policies.
If you change accessibility settings, such as larger text or stopped motion, the Site saves those choices in your own browser so they apply on your next visit. That setting stays on your device, and we do not receive it.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as our hosting, email, and voice providers; when the law requires it; to protect rights and safety; or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
The Site is not designed to receive patient health information. Please do not include it in forms, emails, or conversations with the Guide. If you are a clinic that needs to discuss patient information with us, contact us first so we can set up an appropriate way to do so.
We keep information as long as we need it for the purposes above, such as an ongoing reservation or business relationship, or as the law requires, and then delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you sent us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@mednexushealth.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will respond as that law requires. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
We use reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted connections to the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee security.
The Site is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
